The Seattle Times recently featured Columbia City as the unsung hero of Seattle’s arts and culture. The magazine announced the 25th annual summertime Columbia City Beatwalk—a community-driven “music-crawl-meets-block-party” that returns to the neighborhood June 9. During the festival’s silver anniversary season, artists and bands will be featured throughout 10 participating bars, clubs, and storefronts.

Beatwalk’s opening follows the very next day after the pre-groundbreaking reservation open house for ENCORE, Columbia City’s newest condominiums that boast an unbeatable location (positioned directly adjacent to the Columbia City LINK light rail station), attainable homeownership, and life-enhancing amenities.

ENCORE offers a lifestyle like never before available in this vibrant neighborhood while still incorporating the area’s fundamental aesthetic and charm. Its open house will showcase all that the new structure will have to offer to its residents and provide interested homebuyers an exclusive, final opportunity to receive introductory pricing on homes at ENCORE, which hosts 96 inspired condominiums priced from the $300,000’s.

Attendees will also have the chance to learn more about ENCORE’s unique rent-to-own program, which truly sets these condominiums apart from the growing Seattle market as one of the most attainable condominiums of this caliber for first-time buyers.

The open house takes place June 8 from noon until 4 PM at 3000 South Alaska Street. All interested are encouraged to RSVP here and to celebrate their new home the following day at the Columbia City Beatwalk Festival.
